Online students can earn their degree entirely online, without coming to campus. Library, tutoring and other learning resources are available online. Online courses are highly structured and academically challenging. While students are not expected to be online at any specific times, they are expected to meet specific participation guidelines. Graduate programs are 36-credits and there are three 16-week semesters per academic year.

The GRE or GMAT are not necessary for application for graduate leadership degrees.
